The type of yoga taught at our studio is Kali Ray TRI YOGA, a kundalini based yoga. This sequenced flow of postures, synchronized with rhythmic breathing and focus promotes increased energy-physically, mentally and spiritually.

Kali Ray TRI YOGA is easily practicable by beginner students and can progress to more advanced levels. At each level, students will increase their knowledge and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control.
One can take yoga on an individual basis, semi-private or in a small group class.
