

Personal Fitness Training
Our personal fitness training is designed to be fun, creative, and results oriented. We focus on developing proper form, core stability, toning, and an increased fitness level. Our training is adaptable for meeting various fitness goals as well as for those with physical and injury limitations.
We offer private, semi-private, and group sessions.
A private session begins with an initial fitness assessment to assess cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Following the initial assessment and consult, an individual program is set up to meet your needs and goals.
In a semi-private session two people work out together. This plan is designed to provide a more affordable workout program as well as a social alternative to the private sessions.
Group sessions consist of 3-4 people who have completed an initial personal fitness beginner package and do not have any specific injuries or limitations that require one-on-one attention. These classes provide a social aspect to your workout and are designed to provide a motivational and challenging workout!
